Kerry Roper
Digital illustration and typography are the specialities of Kerry Roper, who has his own graphic studio in the UK.
Working primarily in advertising – and for top brands such as Nike, Snickers and Topshop - Kerry has won numerous industry awards. He also explores more experimental avenues in graphic and fine art and, last year, had his first solo exhibition at the Coningsby Gallery in London.
Kerry’s work includes organic elements and textures and he draws inspiration from nature, music, art and everyday conversations.
Skulls and a heart feature in Kerry’s artwork for lavie & belle’s friendship collection that is entitled ‘Forever friends’. “The two skulls represent the eternal aspect of a good friendship,” he says. “The sacred heart reinforces this idea. Through life and death, true friendship and love stay strong and endure.”
